Long-Term Camping Options
At Maple Ridge Campground we offer both Seasonal and Monthly Campsites. Please read the descriptions below to understand the differences between the two options. An application/information form is located at the bottom of this page to let us know you are interested in camping long-term at Maple Ridge Campground.
Seasonal Campsites:
A seasonal campsite offers you a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy your free time. You don't have to load up your RV and drag it behind your vehicle to enjoy your weekend. You just leave it parked on one of our wooded lots and come out anytime you like between April 15 and October 15. Free winter storage is included with next year's deposit. We have some traditional row campsites but here are some options and features we also currently offer in our campground. Please fill out the application using the application form at the bottom of this page and we will email you a list of available campsites for the 2024 season. RVs must be less than 10 years old at the time the lease is signed.
Wide and Deep Lots: Drive around Maple Ridge Campground and pick out the perfect site for your camper. Many of our seasonal sites are wide enough to allow you to park your camper across the back of the lot giving you a large front yard to enjoy and plenty of room to park your vehicle away from your outdoor living space.
Creating a Courtyard: Many of our seasonal campsites are surrounded by open spaces. This allows a greater flexibility in positioning your camper. These two campers face each other to allow both generations of one family to share their outdoor living space.
Corner Lot Configuration: This corner lot allows both campers to face the same yard allowing these friends to combine their front yards into one big yard.
Landscaper's Dream: Feel free to add landscaping to personalize your space. This camper has a mulch patio under their picnic table, and has created a secluded yard around their camper with their plantings.
Decks: Seasonal sites are permitted to be personalized to suit your family's needs. Decks and patios may be constructed to allow you to extend your living space out into your yard. Custom fire rings are also allowed. All improvements must be approved before construction.
Mini Barns: Gray, soft-sided mini barns are permitted with prior approval. All improvements must be approved before construction.

Water/electric sites include 13 pumpouts per season by request.
Rates good for 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18 years old).
Seasonal sites are non-transferable and may not be shared between multiple families.
The monthly rate applies to campers living on the property.
Campsite grass is maintained by camper (min 2x a month) and campers must maintain the site so it has a clean and organized appearance.
New seasonal RVs must be less than 10 years old.
Golf carts permitted with proof of liability insurance, driven by licensed drivers, and parked during quiet hours. No other motorized "toys" permitted.
Monthly Campsites:
A monthly campsite offers you a place to live in your RV whether you are a full-timer or just needing to stay for a month or two. Monthly sites are designed for families living more than 3 nights a week in their RV.
Monthly Package: Leases start on the 1st or 15th
Electric billed monthly back to camper
$200 holds the site for up to 14 days
Rent due on the 1st or 15th - cash/check, +5% card)
No prorating rent or refunds for early departure.
