Even though we visited over Memorial Day weekend, the campground was very clean, quiet, and the owners were attentive and friendly. Kid friendly, dog friendly, yet is was still quiet! We slept late every day.The bathrooms are newly remodeled and adorable, as well as very clean. There are pull through and back in sites, tent camping, and primitive camping. Activities: hiking in the woods on the property, basketball, volleyball, swimming, playground, tractor ride, gaga ball, disc golf, and more, as well as activities like kid's bingo, etc. Maple Ridge takes pride in their campground and it shows. Clean campground, nice grassy sites. However, would be better if they had improved surface for campers, such as gravel or something. Wood purchased on-site wasn't fully dried and just smoked when we attempted to light a fire -- J.Hemminger on Google Reviews.

First time camping here. The wife and I group camp with friends and family, so Jared and Tracie both had no problem letting us set up that way. Very spacious camp site. very clean, The bath house has to be the cleanest bath house I've ever used, nice little store little pricey though but saved me from having to run to town so didn't mind at all. Most camp stores are a little more high priced but if it keeps me from leaving from camping I'm Happy. Had a chance to spend some time with Jared to get to know him and their future plans for the camp ground, sounds like their on the right track. I can see my family camping here a lot more. My daughters & I stayed here last night with a friend & his daughter. We loved it! Had such a great time! My girls & I went on a walk and I loved it how other campers were very friendly and waving at us as we walked by. We were a little bummed that the pool was closed, but expected it because of being after Labor Day! We also loved that there was a hay ride in the evening! Both my girls loved it, especially my 6 month old! She was giggling the entire time! Needless to say, we will definitely be back!! -- Melissa B. on FB

I went there as a kid every year on Labor day. I enjoyed the festivities. We would also attend the Blueberry Festival. This is the best campground ever. I haven't been back since it changed names. Someday I will come back. Such great memories. -- Buzz S. on FB

We spent two nights in the modern tent sites, and absolutely loved every minute of it! The grounds were extremely clean and well kept. the owners were very friendly and helpful, usually checking up on each site and checking if there was anything they could help with around 2-3 times a day! The shower house was the nicest I have ever seen at a campground, and the pool was also very clean. All in all, Maple Ridge was the best campground I have been to in a long time! We just spent the weekend in the primitive campground tent camping with two other families. The campground was nicely set up and my kids loved the pool, playground and especially the free wagon ride! Jarrod was amazing with my son who is autistic.The only downside was the mosquitoes, it was just awful, we were swarmed and had never experienced anything like it before! We all ended.up leaving early because of it.But we were in the woods, and there is no way the owners can control them. Kudos to the owners, they have done many improvements to campground since buying and renaming it. -- Lucinda H. on FB

We spent one week here and enjoyed our stay tremendously.  Driving into campground, it had a very home-like feel to it and we were immediately comfortable.  Despite the hiccip with the septic tank - which affected our last few days, we were very comfortable and found the owners to be responsive to their camper's needs; contacted them via test message at 10:30 at night and they responded right away.  Was impressed with the amount of activities that were planned for families - no additional fees were required, since that was included with the holiday rate.  Showers were hot and clean, wash/dry is approx. 3.25/load.  My only piece of constructive criticism is to add caddies/shelves/hooks to the shower stalls for bottles. -- Ramies on the Road on Google. Since the Bunce family has taken over, it is my favorite place to camp. We have been going to this camp ground for about 15 years. It was going down hill, so we quit going for about 3 years until we found out there were new owners. They have made great improvements. I can't wait to see what the future brings for them. Clean and well kept campground.  Primitive camping was only $12 per head.  The bath hosue is clean and looked to recently been remodeled.  Camping was nice and Quiet.  Nice playground for the kids.  Check out the hiking trails in the woods.-- Mark M. Google

Even though we were rained out and left Maple Ridge early, we loved the campground.  It's cozy and very family friendly with a great playground, trails, well kept tent sites, a pool and seemingly fun activities all summer long.  The bathrooms and showers are deluxe!!  The new owners were very helpful and friendly.  We definitely recommend visiting. -- Cassie H. on FB

We decided last minute we were going to go camping over the weekend and since I grew up camping here under different ownership I was hoping it was just as I remembered but it wasn't, it was a lot better!  They are extremely friendly, very responsibly priced, it is clean, they have a pool, they had activities for the children and adults.  I'm so glad we chose to go camping there this weekend and we will definitely be returning!  Keep up the good work!-- Lauren B. on FB

This park has been in business for 28 years. New owners took over this year, and they are extremely hard working. This is a beautiful little park with 3 playgrounds for the kids, a swimming pool and bathhouse, a general store, and a very quiet atmosphere. Quiet, convenient and clean.  Friendly family atmosphere. Only few miles to gass and groceries and other shopping as well as interstate.  Lots of grassy level pull thru sites with solid picnic tables.  We did not use outdoor amenities as it rained while we were there.  Easy drive to city of South Bend.  We would come back for sure. -- Online review from AllStays LLC.
