We are the new owners of the campground, Jarrod and Tracie Bunce.  We started dreaming of owning and running a family-friendly campground back in 2009 when we purchased our first travel trailer.  When we would take our kids camping, we would walk around the campgrounds and discuss what things we would change to make that campground even better.

After years of dreaming, we decided to take the plunge and turn the dream into a reality.  In April 2015, we moved from Noblesville, Indiana to Lakeville after purchasing Beaver Ridge Family Campground.

Jarrod comes from a background of construction and landscaping, a one-man show who can do it all.  Tracie comes from a design background, handles the office details, and keeps up with the 5 kids.  With help from the older kids, the family maintains the campground, makes improvements, and runs the day-to-day operations from reservations, to checking families in, to driving the tractor for the weekly wagon rides. Some member of the Bunce family is always around the property, so just stop and ask us if you need any help or information.
